
Session basics
• Length: 50–60 minutes
• Format: In‑person or secure telehealth
• Frequency: typically weekly or biweekly
• Telehealth: you must be physically in Michigan or Minnesota for sessions with our licensed clinicians.
What we’ll do
• Explore what brings you in and what ‘better’ would look like in 6 months.
• Review your history, supports, and current stressors.
• Decide on a small, doable next step for this week.
How to prepare
• Complete intake forms and consent in the portal.
• Choose a private, quiet space; use headphones if possible.
• Jot down a few goals/questions you want to cover.
Fees, insurance, & cancellations
• We accept HSA/FSA and provide superbills for out‑of‑network benefits.
• Please cancel/reschedule by [policy window] to avoid a late fee.
