You have a right to a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining your mental health care cost.
Healthcare providers are required to provide clients without insurance or clients who are not using insurance an estimated bill for any non-emergency medical services, including costs that are associated with mental health care.
Milton’s Place, PLLC will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day prior to your first appointment. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your appointment.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have a right to dispute the bill. Please make sure to save your Good Faith Estimate.
