How do I know if counseling is right for me? Counseling is for anyone who wants support navigating life’s challenges. If you’ve been struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or just want tools for personal growth, therapy can help.
How often will I need to attend sessions? Most clients start with weekly sessions. As you make progress, we may move to bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on your needs.
How soon can I get an appointment? We do our best to schedule new clients as quickly as possible. Please reach out to check current availability.
How do I schedule an appointment? You can schedule an appointment by contacting us directly through our website, by email, or by phone. We’ll walk you through the simple intake process and get you started.
How long are sessions? Standard counseling sessions are 50 minutes. Longer or shorter sessions may be arranged if clinically appropriate.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments? We understand the demands of busy schedules and do our best to offer flexible appointment times, including limited evening and weekend availability. We even offer early morning appointments!
What is your cancellation policy? We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may incur a $100 fee.
